The Blame…And How To Avoid It

Written and directed by Liam Meagher and performed by the super talented cast of Waterford Youth Arts in association with Garter Lane Arts Centre, “The Blame…And How To Avoid It” is a hilarious coming of age tale.

No matter how old you are, you’ll relate to the play’s teenage dilemmas. There are laugh out loud scenes the whole way through with some audience participation, which adds to the fun factor.

The young cast (aged 14 to 19 years) from Waterford Youth Arts perform with passion and impeccable comedic timing. Every character stands out in their own right in this playful play.

It’s the start of the summer and the young crew of friends plan a night at the “lookout.” What ensues is typical of a teenage gathering with plans being made and love on the horizon. And a lot of near disasters along the way.

“The Blame…And How To Avoid It” opened last night in Garter Lane and is running until Saturday night. Go see it. You’ll love it. It’s a blast. You can get your tickets here.
