In our second instalment of Sarah Bowie’s sketches, she depicts a typical scene in a local shop. Sarah moved to Waterford from Dublin and loves sketching scenes she observes in the shops and on the streets. Check out her sketch today, entitled “Christmas decorations that could change your life!”
Sarah Bowie is a self-confessed Watcher. Even as a kid, she was fascinated by things like people queueing at bus stops, or the little old ladies going for tea after mass. Since moving to Waterford, Sarah has been busy documenting the locals, trying to do justice to their character and wit. Her sketch here depicts Christmas in Waterford–a typical scene!
