The summer just keeps on giving in Waterford with live music to beat the band! Get ready for another weekend of class acts...from DJ's to bands to jazz. Bring on the sun and some top musical talent.

Garter Lane

On Friday at 8 p.m., Garter Lane is the venue to be as Music Network presents Linda May Han Oh & Fabian Almazan.

Linda May Han Oh is a prodigiously gifted bassist and Grammy Award winning composer that has performed and recorded with renowned artists from across the Jazz world. Fabian Almazan is an accomplished pianist with a love for nature and for his native Cuba. Together, this husband and wife team perform a stunning and unforgettable musical performance. The Vic

The Victoria House in Tramore (The Vic to locals!) have music all weekend with DJ Eddie Galavan on Friday; Saturday sees the brilliant Thank Funk take to the stage; and on Sunday Ed Hill and Friends will be entertaining.

Summer in the City

Waterford band The Unusual Suspects are happy to be back in their hometown to play on Friday in the Apple Market and Saturday at the Churchyard Sessions on Baileys New Street.

On Saturday on O’Connell Street the Cultural Quarter Markets starts at 10 a.m. with Kids Activities from 11 a.m. Then at 6 p.m., check out DJ John Keane on the main stage, followed by Deise Brass at 8 p.m.

Riverside Cottage

The Riverside Cottage is hosting music sessions all summer. This weekend, Barry Kavanagh will be entertaining the crowds on Saturday at 9 p.m. then on Sunday at 6 p.m., Kev Power will be taking the stage.  

The Haven Hotel
