The Gingerman

I'm just back from abroad and I have to say, it was a pleasure to sit quietly and eat in the Gingerman. I only wanted something plain and simple and was well satisfied with my delicious egg and chip. The staff are lovely and friendly without being 'in your face' as is the case in many places abroad. Well done and God bless till next time 👋👋👋

We as a group have traveling to Waterford every two years when Wales play Ireland at rugby. And we always pay this place a visit or two. The atmosphere is great, the staff are friendly and can't do enough for you and the food is Amazing. This time I had the Steak Sandwich and it was. Struggle to Finnish because there was so much of it, but I was determined Not to leave any. I would highly recommend this place, try it for yourselves.

Food and pprtion were awesome 👌🏽 as the service 😋 kids' meals are 6 or 7 euros and lunch menú coast 12.99 euros (or more).

I'm regular customer since 2016, so it's been 7 years so far and I'm absolutely sure there will be few more years. Food is always fantastic and prices are very decent. The staff. Absolutely lovely people providing great service all the time. Definitely my favourite spot in Waterford.

Traditional Irish food 🤗🥰 Usually I don't have complains, but the service was very poor today, the waitress forgot about us literally, we were waiting there for a table and other people that arrived after us got seated before, she didn't even gave us a menu beforehand or apologise for the delay. The manager (I presume he is) didn't even let me finished my sentences, when I was asking about the table. No excuses for been rude just because the restaurant is busy. I worked in a very busy restaurant as a waitress and I know very well how things works. The other waiter that was there, seems to be very good, pity he wasn't the one serving us. The food was good 👍 Very disappointed this time.
