From day one Mean Bean Coffee has provided us with everything we needed to take the leap of faith. The confidence they have given us throughout the whole process has been second to none. No stone was left unturned, from taking us through all their speciality coffee beans, helping us choose what best suited us, to how to use the equipment at the highest of standards. Eoin’s knowledge of the coffee industry was a massive help for us. He played a massive part in helping us design our café to ensure we utilize our space for both our staff and customers to achieve the best results for our business. The back end service we have received has been above and beyond what could have ever expected; from Ken calling in regularly to check in on us and help us hold our staff to a high standard, to the service we receive from Mean Bean’s HQ with the next day delivery has been and continues to be fantastic. Mean Bean’s Barista Academy is something to behold. Brian, the in house Barista took our staff through an in-depth barista course which left all of our staff full of confidence that they will be able to deliver a consistent and high level of service.
