Eastenders Indian and Tandoori

I travel all over Ireland for work, so therefore I eat out quite a bit and know a few things about good quality food and everything in between. I stopped in here last Friday before my spin back to cork and all I can say is "I am very impressed". I ordered the tandoori chicken. 4 chicken pieces come out on a hot sizzling plate, the sauce comes separately in a bowl and I ordered pilau rice which also comes separate. The chicken was just amazing and tender. The sauce was so so good and the rice was so fresh and flavoursome. You could smell the fresh ingredients mixed through it. Also the atmosphere is very calm and the staff are just so friendly and attentive. I can't recommend this place enough. I am very particular about all details when reviewing a restaurant and I have to say this one ticks all the boxes. Also the poppadoms and 4 sauces on arrival are just the icing on the cake at no extra cost. I will return again at first chance.

Went for all you can eat buffet on Sunday for €14.99. There was great selection of food, very tasty!! Exceeded my expectations. Great atmosphere and very nice staff.

Have been here a few times, best Indian restaurant in Waterford by far, takeaway is just as good as dine in and great value for money.

Kebab meal bought. The good, the price and portion size was very good value. However the kebab itself was a bit of a miss. The chicken was too dry and other than that it just contained a bit of lettuce and a sauce. It could have done with a more interesting filling... Onions, pickled cabbage, pickled chilli, maybe a tomato and a spicier chilli sauce. With a higher price to cover these.
