Busy pharmacy, one middle aged sales assistant is extremely rude and abrasive horrible person no manners . Other than that fairly good selection in stock, pharmacist very helpful, as are the girls serving.

I came across Dowlings during lockdown, have been placing online orders ever since. Service is unbelievable, very fast delivery, always an extra treat with my orders and once there was a packing mistake but the correct item was sent immediately and received next day. Will be visiting in person soon to shop x

The service has always been good but the new layout has improved matters. Had one minor error in many years and the Pharmacist despite being busy, came out to apologise which was not necessary. After major surgery had a call to explain new meds. Great Staff and Owners.
