I've put an online order in on Monday 5 pm, got a confirmation and dispatch notice almost immediately, I put that down to automated replies. Shockingly I had the order delivered to Limerick the next morning! I'll be back again!

I had an issue with an order I placed online on a Sunday evening (possibly due to a bad internet connection on my end). I emailed Auto Factors Waterford straight away and received a response from Tommy within 30 minutes stating he would check it Monday morning. True to his word, I got an email first thing Monday morning resolving the issue. I will be a returning customer based on this level of customer care, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
