January screenings
First up on January 14th is The Farewell, written by the director Lulu Zang. It’s a funny and moving story about family dynamics between young and old. Great cast.
Up next is a British movie called The Souvenir starring Tilda Swinton, Swinton Byrne, and Tom Burke. It won the World Cinema Grand Jury Prize in the Dramatic category and screens January 21st. Definitely worth a watch.
The last movie on January 28th is the French comedy, Le Brio. After an incident, a brilliant professor known for his outbursts is forced to mentor the student he wronged for a speech contest.
Definitely worth a trip to Garter Lane if you love movies like we do. Enjoy!
