The staff at this hospital are very helpful and make sure your well looked after there is always a long wait but its the norm in most hospitals, its a University hospital like Wexford hospital so its busy with student doctors and nurses everywhere. The parking is almost maxed out at present, The cafeteria is good, can be packed out at breakfast and lunch times, still there is always the shop opposite which is all good.

Cant comment on a&e but was in for surgery recently. Can only comment on my experience as a day patient. Nurses great on the day ward. Theatre staff were excellent, especially the easy-going but very efficient porters and the friendly and caring nurses. Got the impression everyone is under alot of pressure. Doctors as aloof as always.
