I reached out to several bike shops around Ireland prior to our 10day vacation there to inquire about bike rentals and to see if there might be a local cycling club ride we could go on. Rolf was the only person to get back to me. Not only did he set us up and fitted us with road bikes but he arranged for us to go for a training ride with the Waterford Wheelers Cycling Club. The "Lads" took great care of us and our ride with them was the highlight of our vacation! Once back to the shop we were invited to hang out. It was a total blast to not just ride but to hang out with them. The following morning we just happened to be passing by the shop when Rolf was getting ready to open for business. Not only did he greet us but invited us to sit and enjoy morning tea with him. Customer service is top shelf! Rolf also had a couple of VERY good places for us to see during the last couple of days of our trip.

Fantastic shop. We were very lucky to get bikes on short notice on a very busy day. Great customer Service and recommendations for the day! Even when we were late coming back, he opened the shop again for us. In short, he saved our day and we had a great time on the Green Way! Thanks a million! Paula & Marie

Top notch bikes and service. We got 6 bikes organised over the phone and picked them up 30 minutes later. Had a great day travelling the Greenway with the family. Would recommend to all.

While on a cycle tour, on my way into the city my rear wheel threw a spoke, apparently the shop wasn't supposed to be open, but I went through the door and was welcomed. Rolf did a great job on my bike with a smile on his face and friendly small talk. Highly recommend.

Excellent shop, superb customer service and great value. Encouraged to hire some e-bikes and I'm so glad we did - I haven't been able to ride a bike for 3 hours since before my knee injury! Highly recommended and will visit again next time we are in Waterford.
