  • One of the best libraries in the country; doorway to researching old newspapers on microfilm was fantastic. Really helpful staff. Keeping up to date with technology too with online presence really top notch.

  • Every resident in Ireland should be a member of the libraries. The staff of the Central Library in Lady Lane in Waterford are kind and always available to help. Very good book loaning procedures. The catalogue is also available online and books could be requested to be brought to a certain library. Also, printing facilities are available. In addition, workshops of various types are held often and open to the public.

  • The best library I have been to, magazines and newspapers too much reading and the staff is very helpful! Welcoming. Sadly it’s very noisy
