Note: this review was during their construction. The rooms are basic but what I expect in a European value hotel. We could not adjust the temp, so we felt cold during the stay. The rooms are super clean and tidy. The restaurant is a good value and we used it for dinner and breakfast. The dinner was excellent. We are used to an ordered breakfast, not a buffet, but it was acceptable.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this lovely hotel. Very close to Waterford city. Spacious and comfortable room. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. Special shout out to Millie on reception - a gem with a big welcoming smile. She was so helpful and courteous. We'll be back. Thank you Viking!!

Stopped by for the carvery, good selection and all very tasty grub. Good portions, quick service and good prices. Plenty of seating and staff happy to help out where they can

Dropped in for carvery lunch today. Wonderful selection of food. Beautiful fresh veggies, nicely cooked aldente. Very good value and lovely staff. Very impressed.
