I telephone and got an automated service it didn’t give time of pick up so landed up tell kids to walk as wasn’t sure if taxi was going to turn up it was very confusing for me normally someone would answer a phone but this company is great so it hasn’t put me off but I will need to check how it really works when trying to book like this

Taxi arrived very quickly. Didn’t get the drivers name but he was an absolute gent. Great craic the whole journey home. Will most definitely use rapid cabs again in the near future.

Called a cab Friday the 22nd of November on a busy Friday night after midnight. Could not believe how quick it was to arrive and the lady Annette was lovely and friendly. Even though it was a very short distance to drive me to where i was going, the lady was chatty and made me very at ease. Would highly recommend using this service and thank you so much

I had the most friendliest and nice kind driver...the service was hugely efficient and pleasant From the get go you knew the driver was genuine and therefore made the journey, which is of significant distance more relaxing and enjoyable. The value was great and the driver even helped me to load and unload a large grocery shop which I am extremely grateful for. There's not many now a days that would go that extra Mile and take the time to be mannerly and graciously helpful. He wasn't even aware that I have health restrictions but you know he was raised well😊 Thank you so much for your service with a smile ...in 2024 it is a very welcome change 👏
