Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Gemma in the Waterford store for her excellent customer service. She helped my mother buy a pair of shoes that couldn't be found in our local Pamela Scott's and we had just popped in for a browse in the Waterford shop. She really went above and beyond what I had expected. My mother is truly delighted with her sparkly gold sandals. It's so refreshing to meet someone so helpful:)
