Recently purchased a Fender Tone Master Deluxe Reverb here. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, gave me as much time as I wanted to try out amplifiers. Prices are very reasonable and are worth the experience provided to you in the shop. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Very happy with the service from John and team. Bought 3 guitars from Palmer's in the past year (2 brand new, one vintage), and there's so much to be said for trying things out in person before you buy. The friendly staff make buying a guitar a fun experience, something buying online simply can't replicate. Highly recommended!

John is a gentleman, I needed an audio interface and listening speakers. Unfortunately it wasn't sold separately, but it had a great bundle with what I needed, and lest I spend a fortune, he told you I'll sell it to you separately at a great price. John the speakers are amazing what I missed in my studio, the audio interface is simple and pleasant to use and the software is a nice addition to my collection. I recommend the store to all lovers of music and nice chat.
