I appreciated the effort the photo centre staff, in particular Aisleyne/Aisling, went to in sorting some envelopes for printed photo greeting cards. There was a delay of a few days and Aisleyne offered me an alternative and sorted a partial refund. It might have been a small gesture on her part but I appreciated it. Christmas is very busy for them but they still remained professional and very approachable.
