I visited hallmark today in a panic to get the perfect chain for my daughters birthday tomorrow.. I was served by afton she advised me on what was in with the teenagers as I hadn't a clue... She was fantastic went above and beyond for me and helped me pick the perfect gift for my daughter... I will definitly back excellent customer service

Staff are friendly and helpful, very expensive jewellery but beautiful items on display, it's located inside a shopping centre with shops and restaurants inside.

Hallmark is easily the best Jewlwers in Waterford city . Niamh & her team have a wealth of knowledge combined with a service that is second to none . They go Over an above to help you find that special piece for you . 10/10

Picked out my first gold rings and I am so excited!! Such a great experience in the shop and the girls were so helpful. A great selection of jewellery there to suit many different budgets and styles. It wasn't an issue to send them off for resizing too which was great :) Will be shopping there in future

Delighted with the service i got today. Beautiful stock and really happy with my bracelet. Lauren and the other ladies were really lovely and helpful and even resized the bracelet for me no problem. will definitely be going back
