I visited hallmark today in a panic to get the perfect chain for my daughters birthday tomorrow.. I was served by afton she advised me on what was in with the teenagers as I hadn't a clue... She was fantastic went above and beyond for me and helped me pick the perfect gift for my daughter... I will definitly back excellent customer service

Delighted with the service i got today. Beautiful stock and really happy with my bracelet. Lauren and the other ladies were really lovely and helpful and even resized the bracelet for me no problem. will definitely be going back

Absolutely fantastic service experienced here, couldn't praise them enough. Tended to my needs and I couldn't have left happier, the service was amazing very kind and interested hard workers and won't stop until they get it right. They get to know you on a personal level to know the right thing to recommend to you and never fail to impress. Please, if you're looking for any jewellery visit hallmark jewellers.
