This is my local Halfords store, in Waterford. I found both staff members I dealt with friendly, knowledgeable and so willing to help and advise. A young lady 18-19 yrs and a young chap a little older. Great to see young people being so proactive in assisting customers and may I say with a smile and a Thank you. Well done to all. 👏👏

Got car battery fitted this morning, took 15mins from start to finish! Staff really friendly and made sure battery was suitable for car! Fitter was so friendly too. Great service, would recommend!

Had a great experience here when I needed to get new number plate bulbs in. Jomar Francis got it done super quick with no issues and smile on his face. He made my day. Thanks a lot! ☘️

After ordering two bikes to be put together in your waterford store to pick up yesterday, I discovered when I went in store that I ordered a different bike by mistake. I was dealing with a staff member dillion, who not only went out of his way to find me the right bike, he went out of his way to have the correct bike ready for me early today. Fantastic customer service.
