What a local gem it is! The food from the restaurant is fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The shop sells great quality veggies and different foods. It is a lovely spot to go for coffee and cake to.

I just love thus place. I come down from Dublin almost every week and we try to make it fir their pancakes 🥞 and crispy bacon. When my Mam was 90 last year all the amazing staff came out with a cake and candles and sang happy Birthday. I'll be forever greatful for that memory. See you next week x

We've been regular customers since Grow HQ opened in 2016 and are so thankful to have this gem of a café on our doorstep. Amazing lunch specials, price range €13-17. e.g. locally caught white sole on the bone with dauphinoise potatoes and ratatouille, risotto with roasted squash. Nice mezze menu also which allows you to combine various small dishes. Scone with homemade jam is out of this world. Flapjacks are also scrumptious. Their house-brewed kombucha is the best I've ever tasted. Good coffee too. The staff are incredible. The vegetables/salad leaves in all of their dishes are grown organically on the premises. It has won multiple awards for a reason. A complete and utter gem of a place.

We were visiting Waterford for a day trip and after doing some basic research found GrowHQ to be quite popular. The concept of having their own farm and using their own produce really pulled us to the place. They’ve ample parking and as soon as we entered the place had a good vibe - greenery, shining sun and we also saw a small greenhouse with vine tomatoes. The place has ample indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is quite exhaustive with vegetarian options. They’ve a distinction of mezze and lunch options. Staff was very friendly and accommodative. The food was decent overall. Most dishes were ok like the cucumber salad, chips, potato hash and coffee. Some things we liked: - vegetarian quiche, was the standout, as called out in most reviews - beetroot falafel, portion size was small, only 3 pieces but a good change from the regular falafel with the twist of beetroot - combo of soup, side salad and half vegetarian sandwich, this was really nice, just enough in terms of portion. The potato and herb soup was a bit thin compared to most soups I’ve had in diluted but the herby taste was nice. The vegetarian sandwich was quite good too. - coffee was ok, oat milk was not handled well. The sourdough bread they serve is excellent, it’s from a local bakery. Desserts: - flapjack and protein balls were decent - the special bread and butter pudding wasn’t good. A bit eggy and sour, also salty which didn’t really give it a dessert feel.

Love this place. Second time in Waterford in a month and I had to come back here for breakfast and explore the gardens. Went for Blaa breakfast sandwich with the egg and it didn’t disappoint. Everything grown from gardens outside and seasonal. Great place to explore afterwards as their gardens are huge and full of various plants and vegetables 👍🏻
