The service was top notch (for me) everyone (the staff) were pretty available and nice. Especially Catia who helped me to address an issue without blinking, she was immediately nice and available. Now about the position, it ain't the best but at least it isn't far away from Waterford.

Attended a meeting there recently. To be fair I did not avail of any of the hotel facilities , except for those provided at the meeting, which were adequate. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings with ample carpark facilities. Worth a visit on another occasion.

Ambience is incredible with Christmas decorations that made me feel as if I was in a movie set. Greeted on arrival by such friendly staff, prompt service. Brunch was beautifully cooked, generous sized portions. Cannot recommend it highly enough. If you want to bring your kids/grandkids to see Santa, or just see the decorations, this is the spot to go

​We stayed at the Greenway Manor Hotel for one night in September 2024. We reserved a room at the last moment because of a family medical emergency. The staff when out of their to make us comfortable. Because we were in the Waterford Emergency Room all day, the evening manager made us a sandwich. In the morning, the staff was aware of our problems from the day before and asked if there was anything that they could do to help us. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and amenities. The breakfast was great. The staff helped to make a bad situation better. We really appreciated everything that they did for us.
