My favourite shop in Waterford City! Everything you need to improve your health is right here. They also have the most friendly staff that are always happy to help. Ella, the herbalist, is super friendly and knowledgeable and always recommends great products for what you need! Ruth is soooo lovely and chatty, she always has a smile on her face when we pop into the shop! Can't walk past f.o.b without popping in and buying a few bits :-)

Thank you for taking such care with my order. I got a personal call to let me know that one item was no longer available and the next day my package arrived.
