Faithlegg Hotel Waterford

Just spent 2 nights in Faithlegg. I went with my husband, and 9 friends. The grounds were beautiful, and the room was lovely. However, the standout for me was the service. The staff were just amazing, and so friendly. From our very first touch point, to leaving at the end, I was blown away. It's this level of service which will make me a returning customer. The breakfast is sit down, with a menu. You're first served a selection of yogurts and pastries, which were delicious. Then you can choose a 'starter' and 'main'. We ate in the bar and the restaurant. Personally, I preferred the options on the bar menu, but I enjoyed all the food. We upgraded to a suite (as it was a big birthday), and it was lovely. The bedroom was a standard room size, but the bathroom was massive. There were facecloths, usual shampoo, conditioner, etc, but also pillow mist spray and bath salts. Lovely touches. There was a dyson hairdryer with all the accessories, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Several of the group played golf, while others went for a walk. I also had a full body massage which I highly recommend. There is a swimming pool, but I didn't get a chance to use it. Overall, I'd highly recommend. Driving through Waterford, it looked like a lovely city. I'll have to go back to explore more. Faithlegg was lovely, and well worth a visit.

The staff here are welcoming & helpful.Service is always professional.The rooms are comfortable & we slept well.We had dinner on both evenings during our stay and it was exceptionally good - great choice ,quality & service.Highly recommended.

We got married in Faithlegg on New Years Eve 2023 and we had an absolutely incredible day. Suzie was amazing in helping us plan our day from the very start. Faithlegg were so welcoming in every aspect, they also offered brilliant wedding package options and additional add ons. We had dinner there and stayed the night before - the food was perfect and all the staff were great. On the day itself it completely exceeded our expectations. Everything ran so smoothly, all the staff were brilliant including Garry who was coming up and down to the room that we were all getting ready in. The food was amazing at the wedding and big portions, we had lots of people who had the vegetarian options too and they were delighted. We had our ceremony on site which we loved, the drinks reception tent was open and allowed us to go around and easily see all the guests, the meal was excellent. Overall a hugely positive experience and a massive thank you to Suzie and all the incredible staff who made it such a special day! I would highly recommend it as a wedding venue!

Had a wonderful stay in Faithlegg! Rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated - really quiet so we slept well! What was absolutely 'stand out' was the vegan vegetarian menu - it was exemplary - we had an amazing choice that was innovative and thoughtful. The food was truly delicious, generous portions and we were very impressed. Faithlegg is one of the few places I have visited that have made such an effort for vegans and vegetarians and we were so impressed. I wish more would follow their lead in this space as it as growing need! Well done to the chef and team!

Great stay! Food and drinks amazing. Ate in the bar our 1st night and 4 course menu as part of package in restaurant second night. All very, very good. Staff all very friendly and helpful from moment we got there; from the reception to the two bars to the restaurant breakfast and dinner and accommodation staff. Electric chargers for the car which was very handy! Will definitely be back!
