I came across Dowlings during lockdown, have been placing online orders ever since. Service is unbelievable, very fast delivery, always an extra treat with my orders and once there was a packing mistake but the correct item was sent immediately and received next day. Will be visiting in person soon to shop x

The service has always been good but the new layout has improved matters. Had one minor error in many years and the Pharmacist despite being busy, came out to apologise which was not necessary. After major surgery had a call to explain new meds. Great Staff and Owners.

Wow. Phenomenal service and prices . Next day delivery but what has made this experience stand out is Fiona in the online shop dept. Emails were responded to in minutes . What a gem you have . Highly recommended and will definitely be purchasing again

Highly recommended. I made an order online Friday, I got my products for a reduced price and I also had a promo code, so I got an absolute bargain. I collected my items on Sunday last and found two free gifts with my order, the staff were lovely to deal with and super efficient and I got a great bargain with two extra free gifts. Thank you so much . Will definitely be buying from and visiting again
