We can't speak highly enough of Eamon, Dave and team at Altitude. It is our one stop shop for all our biking related needs. From our own bikes, (when it was just us!), to child carrier systems, to balance bike and we're now on bike no. 3 for our daughter. I have been looking for an E-bike for quite some time now. I finally seen one I was interested in an older model I admit. I called Altitude and that model was out of stock. I was then told there was a new upgrade with a lot more spec Electronic shifters full carbon the whole package and would you believe for the exact same price as the old model. I was down in the Waterford shop asap. I met Eamon at Altitude and he couldn't have been more helpful. Ordered the same day and collected exactly two weeks later. Met more of the team when collecting and they were so helpful and went through everything. I am so pleased with my purchase and so happy with the team in Altitude. We visited altitude recently to have a look at some bikes for the family . Bought 3 bikes in total dealt with Peter sales assistant who helped us 100% from start to finish. Peter organised David their technician to guide us through all the manuals of each bike. Would highly recommend 10/10 service.

Purchased a road bike from Altitude recently. They are a great shop with very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Felt almost like joining a club rather than buying a bike because of the passion of the staff for all things cycling! Had great follow on service already and know that they are there to provide support in future should I need it. I'm also very happy that my purchase is supporting a first class local business.
