Altitude

Went into the shop last week to pick up a tube and a pump to fix my flat tire. Man behind the desk was very polite and helpful. I work in customer service myself and really appreciated his professionalism. Managed to do damage to the bike while changing the tire so brought the bike in to get it repaired, same man again behind the desk and was forthcoming with all the information needed and was again very professional and polite.

Reading through the Altitude customer reviews they’re all positive as far as I can see, This is no surprise to me because my experience in buying a Trek bike at Altitude was completely positive too: friendly, helpful, and very professional staff. I have collected my new bike yesterday, I am trilled with the professionalism of shop staff on all levels. The team look after me like I would purchase brand new car not the bike! Huge knowledge of the staff help be to make a good decision. This is my fifth bike in 20 yers cycling , had Trek 15 years ago , desired to come back to the brand now. After 5 min of cycling I knew it was a good decision. Great design and compatibility of all components . Trek ,Bontrager, Shimano…fantastic pice of engineering! Thank you team Altitude!
