My kids love the activities available. Soft play area always with adults, parents or older siblings, or older kids inside the areas with age restrictions and the staff won't do anything about it. Food is not great. Staff, with rare exeptions, they are rude, no patience, speaking in a condensing manner all the time. Maybe it's just with me, maybe they don't like foreigners, I don't know.

We visited the lasertag part of the venue during our trip. The arena is equipped with the latest Laserforce vests (Gen8), base targets and beacons. The prices are fair and the staff were very friendly.

Lovely activity centre, came as two adults, two teens, two kids and we all had a great time! Entertaining everyone added up price wise but we loved the pay as you play games upstairs, the ball throwing game was a big hit!! Bowling is always a winner and laser tag was fun, dynamic, each “round” was different so we enjoyed it! Honestly, something for everyone, the teens would’ve loved the climbing wall! Staff were friendly too.

Lovely activity centre for kids, staff are lovely too, only had one complaint that the older children seem to be aloud in the baby and toddler area which is very hazardous. My little boy nearly got hurt a few times. Other than that the facilities are very good. Best times to go is earlier in the week as the weekend very busy. Also it's best to book in online so you have a spot.
