The first day of the Imagine Arts Festival ended on a high note with an epic performance by Waterford man Moncrieff in Christ Church Cathedral. The sold out event was buzzing on the night…and the rain didn’t dampen the spirits of the lively crowd. Moncrieff had the audience up off their chairs and singing along with him soulfully. Creative Clusters
On Monday, the first event of Waterford’s Imagine Arts Festival started in the Theatre Royal with the Creative Clusters project—the work of 75 students from five Waterford schools who submitted creative writing, photography and art. Here’s Deta Cahill, facilitator, who explains more about this project.

Behind Closed Doors – Waterford Distillery with Matt Patridge

Andrew Doherty – Lets Talk Waterford
Here’s Andrew Doherty who kicked off the festival’s Let’s Talk Waterford series. Andrew is the expert in Waterford’s maritime heritage and history and he enlightened everyone with his knowledge about the SS Great Western steamship in Jordan’s on Tuesday.
