Good news for local businesses

A little help goes a long way. The Covid-19 Restart Grant is now available to businesses in Waterford, see below for details.

The Covid-19 Restart Grant

With a lot of local businesses having to close their doors since mid-March and soon to be re-opening, there will be an extra cost for retailers to put in place safety measures for both staff and customers. To ease the financial burden associated with re-opening, Waterford Council is now taking applications for the COVID 19 Restart Grant from eligible businesses who wish to avail of the support.

How can it help?

The grant can help with the extra cost of re-opening, keeping the business afloat and re-connecting with your staff and customers. Eligible businesses can apply for a minimum of 2,000 euros.
