Get Fit and Healthy for Summer in These Six Top Waterford Gyms

If your New Year’s resolution was to get fit and healthy this year, but you didn’t succeed past mid-January, all is not lost. Set yourself a new target to get in shape for summer instead. Let’s face it—January is not an easy month to set goals. In spring, it’s much easier to get up early and be more motivated with the brighter mornings and milder weather.

Whether it’s doing a yoga class, sweating on a spin bike, swimming laps or tackling the threadmill, one thing is for sure…the endorphins released while exercising make us happier. No downsides to that.
